Gave a talk at a Kibbutz festival – 3 days of movies and lectures. I talked about the misconception of Uri In the movie “He went through the fields” as the mythological Sabra. We talked about myths, ideology and shattered dreams. At the end I received a present that only people in the Kibbutz can give – a wicker basket with avocados and fruit juice and even sat on a pile of hay…
הרציתי בפסטיבל מקסים שנקרא "פק"ק" – פסטיבל קולנוע קיבוצי בגן שמואל. 3 ימים של סרטים והרצאות. הייתי בפאנל עם יהושע סובול וד"ר אלון גן. דיברתי על התפיסה המוטעית של אורי (אסי דיין) בסרט "הוא הלך בשדות" כדמות הצבר המיתולוגי. דיברנו על מיתוסים, אידאולוגיה, חלומות וניפוצם. בסוף קיבלתי מתנה, שרק בקיבוץ אפשר לתת (סלסלה עם אבוקדו ומיצי פירות) ולשבת על באלה של חציר – בכלל כיף...
